dirt crew drops their 86th release with Kito Jempere

St. Petersburg resident Kito Jempere is back on Dirt Crew with his first full release after his debut album on “Fata Morgana” and a great EP on “Freerange” last year. Following his great contribution to our “Deep Love” series we now welcome him with these two unique tracks. Ranging from House to Disco and Jazz influences, Kito found his very own style and switches easily between them. Up tempo and energetic tracks with great melodies, driving bass lines and clever sample use.
To complete this fine package we asked one of our all time fave producers and almost neighbour of Kito, Roberto Rodriguez from Helsinki, He turned “Do You Know Me” into a deep and bass heavy beast, much more stripped than the original tune he managed to make a true dance floor Gem of a remix. The second Man on remix duty is our Boy Nachtbraker from Amsterdam, also a Dirt Crew fave and meanwhile a household name for great melodic house jams. He added a brilliant bass line and cut the original “A Thousand Times” up to turn it in a true Nachtbraker tune.

Busy P brings the sound of his Ed Banger Records to Moscow
Ed Banger main man and one time manager of Daft Punk, Pedro Winter a.k.a Busy P blew the roof off of Moscow's much loved Solyanka venue for us earlier last year in association with Miller Beer. Presenting his own art-work for the show via French graphic designer Jean André, the capacity crowd were given a taste of France's premiere underground flavours with fellow label mate Boston Bun on warm-up duties
François K rings in 2015 for Moscow with a rare disco tinged set
The Legendary dj/producer/remixer, François K came all the way from New York City to us for a one-off special disco tinged set at iconic central Moscow venue, DS BAR. Guests at the intimate venue were treated to a high-end selection from the house music forefather who's biography is testament as to why he was inducted to the Dance Music Hall of Fame in 2005.
Kito Jempere hits Poland and Germany this weekend.
Kito Jempere will be flexing European dance floors again this weekend in both Poland and Germany. First stop will be Wosk club in Poznan Poland this coming Friday and then onto the much loved Wilde Renate in Berlin for a big Saturday night, before returning home to St Petersburg to prepare a very busy schedule of new releases in the coming months.

When Crystal Fighters & Breakbot brought the start of the Summer Vibes to Moscow
Every now and then we'll take a stroll down memory lane to visit past collaborations. Just on the cusp of 2014's long Moscow summer nights, Crystal Fighters in association with Jameson, joined Stereotactic and us and for an original block party style show. Adding to the sound-track for the night was also French favourite BreakBot (Ed Banger records).
Grimes X Miller x Kazansky station
From time to time we'll feature a look into some of our past brand partnerships, one of which was with Canadian avant-garde electronic darling and fashionista Grimes, and her premiere show in Moscow in association with Miller Beer.
Pre-arrival, Grimes planned performance went viral gaining huge media exposure and massive digital reach via Pitchfork, NME, DjMag, and Interview Magazine to name a few. The show took place as a one-off at the unique and beautiful hall of Kazansky train station to a capacity crowd. The one-off show/endorsement from Grimes has never been repeated, a true one-off for Miller.

Parisian techno favourite, Miss Kitten joined us at a sold out Wolfgang party in Moscow's much loved Solyanka venue.

The fabulous Roisin Murphy joined us for an exclusive performance at a one off central Moscow location in association with the much celebrated biannual style bible Garage Magazine and English luxury phone manufacture, Vertu.

With a steady flow of remix requests coming in for Kito Jempere, the in demand St Petersburg producer/dj will release an official remix for Red Snapper via Warp/ Lo Recordings in January 2015. A guest mix for Deeper Shades Of House has just been released and can be checked via the following sound cloud and this forth-coming 27th of September see's the limited run of a collection of unreleased demo's and live takes especially for Cassette Store Day.
